Robert Smith is, hand's down, the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was so patient with us and reassuring at every step in the process. He always answered our questions and advocated on our behalf to help us achieve the sale we were hoping for and a smooth closing. He checked in often and always wanted to know how he could help us. He is a genuinely nice person. We look forward to working with him again when we sell my mom's house in the spring.
